Welcome to Blindly. By accessing or using our mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not access or use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use this app. By using Blindly, you confirm that you are of legal age and have the authority to enter into this agreement.

IMPORTANT:
We do not tolerate false age declarations. Accounts found violating this rule will be permanently banned and may be reported to authorities where appropriate.

2. Nature of Service

Blindly is a platform for discovering and connecting with others for dating and social interaction. The app includes mature themes and adult-oriented content.

We do not screen users beyond basic verification and are not responsible for user behavior or content. All interactions are at your own risk.

3. High-Risk Disclaimer

You acknowledge and agree that your use of Blindly may expose you to explicit content, strong language, suggestive profiles, or risk of emotional/physical interaction.

Blindly is not liable for any damages (physical, emotional, financial, or reputational) resulting from app use.

Do not meet people in private or unsafe locations. Always take precautions and verify users independently.

4. Code of Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for illegal activity (including prostitution, human trafficking, or exploitation).

  • Upload or distribute non-consensual content, nudity, or explicit materials.

  • Engage in harassment, hate speech, threats, or abuse.

  • Impersonate others or create misleading accounts.

Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent ban, with or without notice.

5. Content Ownership and Responsibility

You retain ownership of the content you upload, but by posting, you grant Blindly a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display it for app functionality.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload. Blindly assumes no liability for user-posted materials.

6. Location Services

Blindly uses your device location to show nearby profiles. You must grant permission to use location-based features.

We do not store your live location permanently, but matching data may be retained for service improvement.

7. Subscription Terms

Premium features such as "1-Month Inferno" access are subject to recurring charges.

  • Payments are non-refundable.

  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before the end of the term.

  • We are not responsible for unauthorized charges due to shared device use or account misuse.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts without notice if:

  • You violate any of these Terms.

  • Your behavior is deemed harmful to other users or to Blindly.

  • We receive verified complaints or legal orders.

9. Limitation of Liability

Blindly, its owners, developers, and affiliates are not liable for:

  • Any damages from interactions initiated via the app.

  • Psychological or emotional harm caused through matches or messages.

  • Any data loss or account compromise.

Use Blindly at your own risk.
